Ingore comments when using line reindent

Hello fellow sublime users,
Does anyone know if it’s possible to ignore comments when using line reindent?
I often have comments in my code which should now follow the normal indentation because I use it to section my code. But it seems to mess up my indentation on code comming after a section when i use line reindent.
Other suggestions are also welcome.
