Infinite loop on Mac

On my windows computers infinite loops do nothing… no problem. On my Mac… Welp… nothing works. I can force close. open… still looping. Delete Sublime text…download… reopen…still looping.

Does it happen in safe mode?

I didn’t know there was a safe mode. Is the safe mode on sublime text?
