Indenting twice the size

Hi, I’ve got this issue where my rendered indentation is twice the size it should be.
IE: I have my tab size at 4, but its rendered as 8 spaces. If I set the tab size to 2, its rendered as 4;

Has anyone else had this issue? know how to fix it?

You can select your desired indentation, on the lower right corner in your screen.

Anyway that sounds strange since ST correctly detects the indentation.
