In Sublime Text 3103 in win 10 ,the Chinese cannot display

Just like this,there isn’t messy code,but cant display the Chinese.By the way, I have installed Utf-8 pakage

Maybe [fixed] Isuue with unicode and emoji ?

i have fix it. It just because the Inconlata font cannot support Chinese.After I update this font,it’s gotta work~
