Implement freedesktop color scheme preference (New Dark theme setting standard)

There are some Linux distributions right now like elementary OS that are strictly sticking to the standard so the Sublime Text is always showing the light color scheme on there.

GNOME and KDE have adopted this new preference already.

A major app that already has this in use is Firefox since version 98.
