is there any bitmap or vector image editor plugin right into sublime text?
because it is really a pain to open paint2d and other programs again and again to edit a picture…

No there is not, and I don’t think you’ll ever see such a plugin. The best way to edit an image is in a dedicated image editor. There is a reason that entire tools are dedicated to such tasks as professional image editing is not a trivial task.

@Whirlpool-programmer if you are encountering the images as output from running code from Sublime Text, or even if you just want to open them in an image editor quickly from Sublime Text, I am positive that either a build system or a command could make the workflow of opening them in a dedicated image-editing program faster. If that’s the case, then maybe you can describe your workflow and I can recommend a slick method to do so (if I can’t, @facelessuser probably could).
