Why am I not able to open Sublime Text after the initial download?

Which operating system do you use?

Can you try open it by a command line?

Then, type

 .\program_name.exe

What it does output?

Windows Powershell is not opening.

Sublime does not appear user friendly to the windows user.

Not even your more basic windows programs are opening, it is not a surprise Sublime Text is not opening.

Try then, Visual Studio Code

Or download the portable version of Sublime Text.
