I'm about to start a new plugin. Should I do from scratch or I can use some already created

Hi guys.

I want to create plugin for CheckiO. Users on CheckiO can solving puzzles and see solutions of other users.

I want to create a plugin that allows users to solve CheckiO missions right in my favourite Code Editor Sublime.

Do you know, maybe I can use some other plugins so I don’t need to start from scratch? If so, how can I found those?

I’m not familiar with CheckiO, but here are two plugins that seem at least semi-related: Sphere Online Judge and Top​Coder Helper.
