I updated sublime text but the name of the files are still sublime text 3

I updated sublime text, but the name of the files are still sublime text 3, i don’t know if it was a bug, if it was not sublime text 4, if i did domething wrong or if it is nothing and i should just ignore it

I have the same thing. I take it that instead of creating a new folder, the new ST will simply use the existing one.That is why I did not have to reinstall any plugins or themes. Nothing to worry about.
