I updated Sublime Text 3 to 4 But Menu Bar is not change to Dark

Dear Team! I Just updated Sublime Text 3 to ST4 But the Menu Bar white color is not change to dark color.

Are you using the adaptive theme (or another theme with a themed title bar)?

Color Scheme is by Default (Monokai)

ST3 “px” color is “red”.
ST4 “px” color is “blue”.

I like text color style of ST4. How to implement it in ST4
