I open Sublime Text and when I add a folder to my project, Sublime text quits unexpectedly

I have a old Mac computer with a fresh install of OS X 10.11.6 (El Capitan).
I download and install the latest version of Sublime Text 4 (4143).
I open Sublime Text and when I add a folder to my project, Sublime text quits unexpectedly in 2-3 seconds. Any ideas?

Steps to reproduce:
-Download and install the latest version of Sublime.
-Start in safe mode
-View->Side Bar->Show open files
-Drag an drop any folder to Side var

Sublime text crashes in 2-3 seconds.

If you have a license you can try the latest dev build to check if it also happens there. There have been some fixes related to the side-bar since 4143.
