Im trying to make a website for my school but I need to change the url or something so that I can give them the link so that they can get into the website but every time I try it comes up that its not a website how do I fix this

i assume that you have a domain for your web page(example:www.mybetterschool.org) and a hosting, then ,can you be more specific about your problem.?
