I lost access to the email that I use to buy the license

Any way I can switch my account email? The email I used to purchase was my previous work email. Now I’m working in another place and I don’t have access to previous email anymore. I do have the purchase receipt. Thank you.

I would recommend you send an email to sales@sublimetext.com, they will probably be able to help you work something out.

That’s an official channel; the support forum largely consists of volunteers, so this is something that we can’t really help with.

Although the developers are present on the forum, most interactions are from volunteers, so we can’t help with that kind of problem. Even the developers will tell you the same as the above; sending a mail to the address mentioned above is the way to go.
