I know this questions is off topic…but…I like the way you laid out your sebsite…so…did you use an existing frame-work such as Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress…?

And if you did…what theme and plugins are you using…??

If you did your website by hand…my hat is off to you…cause you did a very very nice job…!!

If you mean the homepage, then that looks to be custom. The blog is Wordpress, whilst the forum is phpBB.
