I can't open sublime text 3 after install it

Hello. I installed 64 bits version and 32 bits version of sublime text 3, and the result is the same, this:

And i try to open the portable version and nothing happened.
Mi computer is 64 bits.

You’ll need to Search for Sublime Text Or In Your Recently Installed Programs Or simply open a file. Follow me -
Method 1 -
Step 1 -

Step 2 -
Click on the All apps at left And then you’ll see a new app in recently installed apps list. Click on it to launch Sublime text.

Method 2 -
Step 1 -
Press Windows + S
Step 2 -
Type “Sublime Text” And then it opens.

Method 3 -
Step 1 -
Open Your File Explorer From taskbar or Windows + E
Step 2 -
Select a File and then Right-click then Click “Open with Sublime Text”
