Whenever i try to save a snippet it works, they’re all there and they work. but there is this one snippet i’d like to change just a bit but I just can’t seem to acces the folder where they are saved? i know it should be in sublimetext2/packages/user or something similar but there is nog packages folder in my sublime text folder and neither is there a user to be found anywhere?
I do have a folder named Pristine Packages but my snippets (or a user folder) are nowhere to be found in there either.
The location you’re looking in and seeing Pristine Packages may potentially be the install folder for Sublime 2, but that’s not where packages are actually stored (as you’ve noticed).
The actual location differs depending on the operating system that you’re using and the method of installation (i.e. if you are using a Portable installation), but the best way to determine the proper package location is to select Preferences > Browse Packages from the menu, which will open a file explorer on the location that Sublime uses to store your packages.
