When i am press to f12 then goes to my laptop in flight mode, please suggest me to how to open in console in sublime text 4 or 3, it is more difficult to find errors in my javascript or html code
I am not able to open console to fine errors in sublime text

This isn’t a Sublime Text related question.
However, based on your problem you most likely need to press fn+f12 to get F12; note that the F12 key likely has both F12 and an airplane on it; the fn key is required to get the secondary function.

If press to fn+12 key then not open console, and shown below to unable to find, please check attached file, if any other option to given manually to console then please suggest me.

If you want the Sublime Text console, look at View > Show Console in the menu; it will tell you the key binding for it.
However, since Sublime doesn’t run JS code and it doesn’t do anything with HTML other than letting you edit it, looking there likely isn’t going to help you much.
You want to press that key in your browser after you open the page there.
