HTML tags are not underlined when clicked

My HTML file

When I use ST3 latest build, a considerable amount of the html tags I click on do not get underlined (the white line under the tag that lets you know where is the closing tag and the scope of the current tag). Try underlining the body tag or the div tags in the bottom of the text.

I tried on another machine (also win7 64) with the same file and the problem persisted. I tried however opening my html file with Brackets.IO and the tags were underlined so its not a problem with the code.

Is there a way I can fix this? Underlining is very important for code clarity.

are you using any plugins? can you post your file on pastebin or something, your link doesn’t work

I’ve noticed the same thing with all bracket types.   It seems like ST has same kind of weird limitations regarding [ bracket | tag ] pairs and their [ amount of content | level of nesting ].

I use BracketHighlighter as my go-to when ST’s bracket matching fails me.

Use the forum’s

code blocks

( Ctrl + Shift + C )

 
or something like [ Gist | PasteBin ] when you need to share code.

Underlining behaves oddly. CTRL+M finds he pair but ST does not always underline it. It does though when I click somewhere 1-2 lines above. Then I go one char left and disappears again. Very annoying, apart from that, I still love his editor.
