HTML and Emmet

When i create a new html file, generaly, i do !+tab and i have this :

Document and i would like as follows Gestion des contacts I can have this with PPPStorm, i know that it is possible with sublime, but i have forgotten how to do. Thanks for your help. Regardes

Hi,
instead of tab use Ctrl+E:
!+ctrl+e -> html template
html:xs+ctrl+e -> xhtml template
