How to use LiveReload in Sublime Text 3

#21

Sorry.

The browser plugin takes care of adding the script in the file, and it seems to work for me.
In Firefox, when your html file is opened, do you see the red dot in the icon of the plugin?

Ex:

By the way, there must be something wrong with the icon because it’s pretty ugly haha.

Hi Dubeg

Thanks for your reply.

I cannot see any dot in my browser. I am on Ubuntu.

What SO do you use?

Thanks

What does SO mean?

In Firefox, if you open the burger menu and select “Customize” (customize menu and toolbars), you should be able to bring the LiveReload button (which would be in the “Additional Tools and Features” section) in your main toolbar for quick access. Just drag and drop it where you want it. Then you can interact with the button to activate the plugin.

Hi dubeg

Finally i could make it works.

I had some problems with the browser as the button that you mentioned before didnt work properly.

Just in case that someone have the same problem what i did, it was to have only one window of firefox open and add the button. after that restart the applications.

Thanks a lot to Dubeg and FichteFoll.
This gonna save me a lot of time

Have a good day

Hey,

Guys I would like to refresh this post.

3 question:

  1. Does Livereload works with newest build?

  2. Does plugin need to add JavaScript file to whole project or just one line?:

  1. It works with all browsers?

Thank you for answers.
