How to turn off all auto-complete stuff?

When I type " in a PHP file, the second " automatically appears. I really don’t want that, nor any other auto-complete stuff. I tried setting “auto-complete”: false, but the second (closing) " still appears. How to turn it off (absolutely all auto-complete stuff)?

That’s controlled by the “auto_match_enabled” setting. Set that to false.
