How to switch between native tabs?

I can switch between tabs in one window by Ctrl (+ Shift) + Tab or by Cmd + Shift + {}, but I don’t know how to switch between native tabs.

Also, further question.
Can I somehow set behavior to “always group windows” in Sublime Text?
When I launch app, it always scatter windows even if I grouped them before termination.

Since what you want to do has an entry in the Window menu in the menubar, you can create a custom keyboard shortcut for it using System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts
