I just downloaded Sublime 3. Where-exactly-do I go to start building a website with HTML? Please specify the Exact Place, no general wording or jargon terms. Thanks.

You can start writing HTML immediately after Sublime Text starts, and save that file where ever you like.

Have you looked at what you just sent me? It just goes on its own, like some kind of too-fast tutorial.

Can you send me a static screenshot with a red circle around the place I should go?

Sorry, I can’t draw a red circle on your keyboard. You start Sublime Text and start typing. There no “place I should go”, it’s right in front of you, already focused and ready to go.
