I am a novice coder and it is my first time coding on ST.

I ran into a following error :
SublimeREFL FileNotFoundError(2, “No such file or directory: ‘python’”)".

For some reason, my ‘Man-sublie.menu’ does not work at all.

Is there a way to work my way up for a better config so that I fix the error?
