How to run perl script?

I am trying to run perl script.

Can someone please help me how to proceed the same?

PS: I am newbie to sublime

I have tried above steps. But, it throws “No Build system”.

Can you please help me how to proceed the same?

I am using following software:
OS: UBUNTU 16.10
PERL:
perl 5, version 22, subversion 2 (v5.22.2) built for x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi
