I’m getting occasional hangs (spinning pizza) on ST2 (Mac OS X 10.6.8, Mac Pro). I can use the “Force Quit Application” dialog to get out, but it seems like I should be submitting some sort of report to ST. What’s the Best Practice?

A good first step is to post here. Give as much information you can (such as reproducing the hang). If you can reproduce, verify it is actually ST that is causing the hang and not a plugin.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what is producing the hang, so I can’t reproduce it on command (let alone provide instructions for doing so). What I can provide (to the ST devs) is the same crash report that Mac OS X sends off to Apple and any other log information they can suggest. However, this seems like a bit too much information for a forum post.
That’s one thing that’s lacking to me, a good formal way to report bugs/crash reports. I’m sure you’ve seen the bug/crash reports on the forum here, so that may be the best way to go. Just post the crash log in a code block. This will limit the number of lines it takes in the actual post, leaving the thread in a still readable state.
When I try to add slashes to a property inside a array, Sublime crashes. Just that, add some slashes in this specific case.
