How to recover

i cut some text 1 week ago trying to paste it but it didn’t work. how can i recover it please?

Unless your OS has clipboard history if you’ve overridden whats in your clipboard it’s gone for good. If you cut it from a file open in Sublime Text and you haven’t closed that file it may still be in the undo history.
