How to prevent Sublime3 from auto-reloading a file?

I’m running Sublime 3.0, Build 3143. I don’t remember installing a plugin to activate Auto-Reload, and yet Sublime keeps automatically reloading a file ever 2-3 seconds when it is modified.

Is there anyway to disable this feature? I would like to selectively be able to decide which frame I want to auto-reload or not.

Thanks. I just did. Thought I was going nuts unable to find a setting to disable this.
