How to move "invisibles indicator lines" in color scheme?

After upgrading to 3.1.1 3176 the “invisibles indicator lines” are off a few pixels (should move down one or two px, see screenshot attached). How to move these lines up / down?

This seems to depend on font_size and the applied scaling factor ST uses. There is no setting to tweak it.
