How to make Quick Switch list only projects?

#1

Is there a way to make the Quick Switch Ctrl+Alt+P show projects only. It is listing workspaces and making it harder to find the project I want.

The project is listed in that popup if a project file with the same name as the workspace was found.

The project does come up, but it is not at the top of the list. This is different from how it used to work on my old computer. I used to be able to type three letters and hit the enter key to load the project but now if I type the same three letters I have to scan the list looking for the one that is a project file

For reference, the logic for determining which files to show in that popup hasn’t changed since 2013. Any previously opened workspaces are shown and if they have an a project with the same name in the same location it shows the project instead.

Thanks for that. Very helpful. So, I think my problem is caused by switching computers and Sublime is showing workspaces at old file locations. See this screenshot. The first listing is a workspace and that file path is wrong. That is what it used to be on old computer.

How can I remove the old file paths? I don’t even have a D drive anymore.

ST4 added Project > Open Recent > Remove Deleted which if I’m remembering correctly also applies to the quick switch project.
