How to install .tmTheme theme on Sublime 3 on Windows 10?

I have been trying for a few days now but without success.

I put myTheme to: Preferences -> Browse Packages... -> (create new direrectory: Themes) -> Themes -> myTheme.tmTheme

but not visible in Sublime

Is it not should up on Preferences -> Theme...?

What is the theme you are trying to install? It does not have installation instructions? Perhaps it is not valid theme or it is corrupted?

Its no show in Preferences -> Theme

This theme try I to install: https://github.com/pawlos/GynColorsForSublime

I just installed it with

git clone https://github.com/pawlos/GynColorsForSublime

on the Packages folder. It is a Color Scheme, not a Theme.
