You should install it on your machine. Then, you should go into Sublime Text’s preferences and add this line in:

	"font_face": "Operator Mono",

That should do the trick.

I believe you can. All you would need to do is copy the font over. I can’t find anything concrete about what to do when you buy a new laptop, but it seems reasonable to think that if you buy a one-computer license, and you have the font installed on one computer at any given time, that should be okay. I’m not a lawyer, though!

You don’t need to worry about removing the license on the old one, provided you’re the one still going to be using it.

Licensing is per user.

https://www.sublimetext.com/sales_faq

Multiple Operating Systems or Computers
Licenses are per-user, so you’re welcome to use the one license on all computers and operating systems where you are the primary user. For businesses, the number of users must equal the number of licenses.

Using a Personal License at Work
As licenses are per-user, you’re welcome to use your license key on all computers where you are the primary user, including at work.

Also i don’t think the font should be an issue either, because what you’re paying for is not the font itself (files) it’s the right to use the font.
