How to install a package

I am new in sublimetext. I would like to install [this]
(https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Vuejs%20Complete%20Package) package. How can I install that package ?

Once you have installed Package Control (Tools menu), open the Command Palette (Tools menu) and look for Package Control: Install Package and search for vuejs complete package and select it.

I could not find vuejs complete package here.

I also not found any package here and its need to install new package.
