I’m trying to install one of these plugins manually because I have no access to install programs and internet:

I have the zip file. What is the correct way to install it?

I’ve tried several ways… Some times Sublime recognizes the plugin but the setup files are empty.

AlignTab shows the menu but I can`t use it.

Is the portable ST2 or ST3?

You just unzip it and put the folder into Data/Packages, such that the folder Data/Packages/AlignTab contains the python and menu files.

Thank you @r-stein, now the context menu is working.

But the setup files are still empty:

When I install the plugin by using the package control (another computer) the “Settings - Default” file is not empty (See here https://cl.ly/jHrM):

You are sure that the folder is namend AlignTab and not something like AlignTab-master?
