How to increase speed of CTRL+D

Hello, i need help how do i increase speed of CTRL+D, when i select specific keyword or number and when i hold CTRL+D it goes fast but not enough fast when i have huge code. Please tell me how to increase speed of selecting with CTRL+D.

You can select all occurrences of the current word or selection with alt+f3.
