How to Improve Packages Shipped with Sublime Text

If I find some features in packages shipped with Sublime Text is not perfect, in other word, the bugs in those packages not stored in github, how can I improve it.
Of course, I can improve it in my PC, but I want to share it with other users.

The default packages are on github: https://github.com/sublimehq/Packages

If you create PRs there and it got merged they will ship with the next sublime version.
