How to Highlight matching tags?

#1

Hi,

When I started using ST2 a selected tag’s opening and/or closing match was underlined (dashed).

Now, that is disabled for some reason. It was super helpful to me.

I’ve installed Sublime Bracketer, but haven’t found a similar setting with tag pairs.

Any help would be appreciated.

That’s odd-- I’m on the most recent dev build but I still get tag matching. Perhaps you have some skew in your local settings that’s disabling it? You should probably find someone who’s used it more (I don’t do much html/xml).

I would also like to know if there’s a hook for the base html/xml tag matching, but I’ve never been able to get someone who knows how it works. I’d still like to understand it, and whether I can hook into it in user scripts.

I have same issue, the tag matching underline is fine on HTML files, and used to be fine on HTML (Rails) files. But not sure why, it’s just missing now for HTML (Rails) files, still working for HTML files.
