I’m sorry for requesting frequently, but I really need to get refund for my purchase as I found that this software is designed for professionals rather than learners like me. Also, it is near 30 days after purchasing, I’m afraid I may not be eligible for refund after that. Thanks a lot. I would appreciate your help.
Dec 27th was a weekend, so it is not surprising you did not receive reply, especially since Sublime HQ is a two person company.
For issues with a purchase, I believe the correct email to contact is sales@sublimetext.com. I mention that in case you tried a different address.
