recently, I’ve opened a big file with multiple functions. but after closing it, while writing other codes, autofill from big_file comes all the time, which causes a lot trouble. does anyone could give me a hint?

My guess is that you have some autocomplete package installed because this is not how autocompletion is usually working, so try looking for the documentation of your plugin (or at least tell us which one you are using 
)
