How to downgrade Sublime Text 4 on Windows 11

Due to security software on my machine, Sublime Text Editor 4 Build 4169 does not open on my machine, how can I downgrade to a previous Build?

Change the version number in the above link to whatever version you want to download. Stable build changelogs can be found in the link below.

Sorry I swear I tried a bunch to find a proper download link but yes now the pages do look like they have download links right under. I think originally when I posted this page did not have the download links and looked somewhat like this:
