Hi,
I managed to prevent getting annoyed by Sublime updates themselves.
I would now urgently like to take away permission to auto update to all plugins.
I will decide what to update myself instead of being surprised by Changelogs for updated packages on Sublime restarts.
How can this be achieved? Except installing each package manually without PackageControl
