How to disable update

I want to use Python 3.3 package, but I keep getting update dialog for latest version which does not support Python 3.3

I already set "update_check": false in Preferences.

You need to be licensed in order to disable update checks. Note also that 3.3 is available in the latest version, it’s just disabled by default, but it will be removed in a future update.
