Setting “show_minimap”: false, doesn’t work!!!

There is not such setting "show_minimap". You can disable the minimap under View > Hide Minimap.

There is no setting to do that. Why do you need a setting for it?

I feel the minimap is useful ， The PHPstorm default not to show it.
