How to disable empty copy

When your current selection is empty, and you press ctrl+c, I’d like that it does nothing.
Instead of filling clipboard with a useless empty string, and losing a possible previous clipboard

I’m not at a computer at the moment, but if you open the settings and read the left hand side, the setting that controls this is clearly labeled. Just copy the value from the left to the right and change the true to false, then save the file.

So I go to Prefs>Settings User> and then add “copy_with_empty_selection”: true, within the { & }.
