How to diagnose small freezes on Sublime Text 3?

Lately I’ve been experiencing small freezes in Sublime, the program stops responding for a few seconds.

It seems to happen randomly, I’m coding and suddenly it stops responding. Windows cursor turns into “loading” state and I can only wait. After a few seconds it comes back to normal.

How can I diagnose to see what’s causing these little freezes?

Tools -> Developer -> Profile Plugins might help identify the poorly performing plugins that are causing the stutters
