How to detect whether some quick panel is open as the Command Palette is open?

Is there a way to do this? Since there is now sublime.KEEP_OPEN_ON_FOCUS_LOST flag, I suppose there is a way to restore focus to quick panel too. The thing is that I only need to focus one group and open file in it and then go back to quick panel and scroll through it.
