How to close file on Subllime text3

Hello,
I could not close file on on Subllime text3. It said that it is deleted and contine to show up preventing me from viewing other files.
how to get rid from this file?
I have screen shot but don’t know how attach ti.

I’ve changed setting as below and could not open any files…

"ignored_packages":
[
	"Package Control",
	"Vintage"
]

}

How to open only file that you need?

Ok, that’s a shame because sublime text is a good software otherwise !
