How to change font size in popupcss tooltips?

Hi,

I’d like to change the font size in tooltip description, but I cant understand which element needs to be addressed.

I tried html, body, div, … but none resizes the tooltip description, which I expect to be smaller then the code font size:

which package does this tooltip come from? the answer may require looking at the HTML generated by that package to determine which elements to target and which CSS classes to use
