How open Sublime Text in Ubunut?

Hi, I can’t open Sublime Text. I installed this program on Ubuntu by means of this command:
https://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/linux_repositories.html

When I open this program shows me a window with: “Enter License”. When click ‘Use License’ this program is closed. Why? How fix this problem?

You need to use the stable channel, not the dev channel. The latter requires a license, while the former only nags every couple of times when you save a file.
