How long to get upgraded license

I purchased a license upgrade back on May 27. Email on June 7 to see if I could get and ETA on when I would get it no response. Emailed a 2nd time on the June 15, still no response. emailed both sales@sublimetext.com and support@sublimetext.com

How long does it take to get the license upgrade we are close to a month from the purchase date?

Licenses are usually sent within minutes. Can you send me your email address, I’ll follow through with support.
